Our State of Emergency is most often hijacked by our other state: the State of Denial. It is possible that just one belief is keeping us from getting any further ahead in life.It could be that with this one small belief we are sabotaging ourselves. It may be blocking us from moving ahead, further distancing us from our dreams.
Everyone of us dreams of the “ideal” lifestyle: living comfortably, reaping the rewards of our efforts and warmly and generously sharing and enhancing our good experiences by facilitating others to try reach their full potential as we believe is possible and can be achieved by simply using both body and mind, being careful to take its current capacity into consideration. Only then will we be able to create the experiences we envisioned for our future.
I say: train yourself to use all your organs more efficiently, including and especially your brain to slowly but surely excel in every aspect of your life.
Treat your body in such a way that you get maximum energy from it everyday. This is the no-brainer! However, applying critical thinking techniques to maximize your good fortune in life is paramount. Avoid making decisions made in haste or while under pressure, also when you are under-informed or suspect you are being deceived. These circumstances typically become costly and often result in regret and bitterness.
If your chances of the bright future you once dreamed of look bleak right now, then it is absolutely imperative that you pack your bags, leave the “state of denial” and take on the adventurous, exciting prospects of transforming your “state of emergency” to a “state of security, peace and calm”. You do this by putting your mind, body and soul to the test for a short period, approx. 18 weeks.
Take an objective look at your social awareness and emotional intelligence abilities (actual behavior) as it pertains to putting the most in and getting the most out of all worthwhile relationships with anyone, for all the right reasons. You will embrace the difference in yourself when you feel it.
Everything needed has already been supplied. All you need is one open mind and approx. 60 minutes of positive energy each day. It is in each one of us to be more.
